Adds Orano as a core solution profile per CONTRIBUTING (smallest fitting contribution type; full profile chosen because the system is shipped and source-backed).

What Orano is

Orano (iOS + Android, by Infotik) turns saved Reels, YouTube videos, articles, and PDFs into structured projects — summary, key takeaways, ordered tasks, research, learning roadmaps — and exposes the resulting library and memory facts to the user's own AI agent through a personal read-only MCP server (bearer keys, scope orano:read, 240 calls/hour). No OAuth yet; no self-hosting; personal scope only. All limitations are stated in the profile.
