Add language dependency #3

Readability indexes are formulas dependant to the language. At the moment, the library is only implementing EN indexes, so it's obviating the language.

The goal of this feature will be to be able to implement indexes per-language or for all the languages. The string decorator should be refactored too for make it work for other kind of char-sets.
