Please publish this extension to VS Code marketplace

I absolutely love this theme, but it's a bummer that you need to edit product.json in order to enable the OpenVSX registry and install this extension. It would be really nice if you could just download it from the built in Microsoft-owned registry.

Instead of editing product.json, you can download the VSIX file from the OpenVSX extension detail page: https://open-vsx.org/extension/4lex4/precious-themes-vscode, and then Install from VSIX... in VS Code.

This means a one-time install with no updates, but I find it quicker than configuring OpenVSX given this represents my only non-Microsoft marketplace need.
